There are two problems with Welia's
statements which she swore to under oath.
1- Juan Figuron never owned lot Lot 3198. The
General Luna Assessor's Office altered the tax records to indicate
this but the documents stored in the Surigao Registry of Deeds
Office list the true owners as the heirs of
Juana Figuron, daughter of Hilario Espejon.
2- Rodulfo Figuron never sold any land in 1998,
of Juana Figuron
sold Lot No. 3198 in 1998.
Deed of Absolute Sale below for Lot
No. 3198 sold in 1998, lists heirs of Juana Figuron
Juana Figuron is not related to Juan Figuron,
she is the daughter of Hilario Espejon who married
Descriptions on Deed of Absoute Sale for Lot
3198 state: North: Seashore; South: Lot No.3197;
East: Lot No. 2942; West: Lot No. 2943. These Boundary Descriptions exactly match
Tax Map listed below.
The Deed of Absolute Sale lists the size of Lot 3198
as 1,676 sqm
and the Tax Declaration No.
Juan Figuron's Tax Dec for 1998 lists the size of Lot 3198
1,676 sqm and the Tax Declaration No.
On the side of the Tax Dec is the signature
of Gina Escosura Figuron, the
Municipal clerk who warned the Figurons Nestor
Reyes was possibly conspiring to take their land.

The Tax Map below from the Assessor's Office shows
is Lot 3198 on the Deed of Sale
and Juan Figuron's Lot 2943-A is 004, and Lot 3197 is Lot 003, and Lot
001 is Lot 2942.
Lots 001, 002 and 003 are identified as Juan
Figuron, which he never owned, and Lot 004,
which is owned by Juan Figuron, is incorrectly
identified as being owned by Pelagio Alipayo.
Lots 005, 006, 007, to
the West of Lot 004 have the name Quinino
Alipayo. Only Lot 004 has been changed to Pelagio Alipayo while the
lot for Lot 2943-B, identified on the Tax Map as
is listed as Quinino Alipayo.
The Tax Map records on the right
side of the book lists the information
above as factual but all four Lots 001-004 are
in error as supervised by Nestor Reyes, have four incorrect records.
After researching the sale of Lot 3198 we
discovered the following recorded documents. See
1998 Capital Gains Tax Receipt: Lot 3198
Seller Listed: Tomasita Salvaloza.
Affidavit by children of Juana Figuron
that Lot 3198 with 1676 sqm is owned by them.
The affidavit clearly states that Rodulfo's
land is to the West, while the lot to the East
is owned by Pepito Tiu and the lot to the South
is owned by Benjamin Figuron.
show that Lot 001 to the East is
owned by Pepito Tiu, not Juan Figuron. Records
on file in the Register of Deeds Office show
that Lot 001 was never owned by Juan Figuron.
The property Lot 003 to the South is also identified to be owned by
Benjamin Figuron, the same Benjamin Figuron that
is the son of Juana Figuron who affixed his
signature at the bottom of the affidavit.
All records in the Register of Deeds Office
clearly shows that all three lots
incorrectly identified by Nestor Reyes as
belonging to Juan Figuron never were owned by Juan Figuron.
Warranty Deed which again confirms the
correct owners for all 4 lots:
001- East Pepito Tiu
002- 3198 Juana Figuron
003- South Benjamin Figuron
004- West Rodulfo Figuron
Affidavit by Jesus Figuron that Lot 3198
with 1676 sqm owned by him not Rodulfo Figuron
Affidavit confirms ownership of all 4 lots,
only Lot 004, also known as 2943-A is owned by

Identifies Juana Figuron as previous owner, not
