101 Resort Cloud 9 Siargao   >>  Silverio Gonzaga's Attorney: 1978 Deed of Sale a Forgery

In 2000 Silverio Gonzaga's Attorney Repeatedly States 1978 Deed of Sale a Forgery

In an alleged attempt to cover up the 1978 Deed of Sale forgery, Mario Alipayo and Silverio Gonzaga create a second Deed of Absolute Sale in 1981.

In 2000 Silverio Gonzaga's attorney submits his Answer to the Philippines Civil Service Commission.

On page 2 of Silverio Gonzaga's Answer below his attorney repeatedly claims that the 1981 Deed of Absolute Sale is the real document of transfer and that the 1978 Deed of Sale is a forgery.

"Real Transaction
Vendee: Mario Alipayo
Vendor: Silverio Gonzaga"

"That is was Mario Alipayo who sold to respondent his share of his father's property."

On page 4 of Silverio Gonzaga's Answer below his attorney repeatedly claims that the 1981 Deed of Absolute Sale is the real document of transfer.

"That the sale was perfected only in 1981 and not in 1978 as may be attested to by the Deed of Sale dated April 21,1981, a copy is herin attached as Annex 3."

"There is Forgery..."

Ironically, the attorney for Silverio Gonzaga paints his client into a corner by identifying the "similarities" of the two documents indicating an obvious forgery.

Silverio Gonzaga's attorney is exactly correct, there was a forgery, and the Registry of Deeds Office and the CSC confirm it was the 1981 Deed of Absolute Sale that was forged.

There is another problem, Pelagio and Silverio Gonzaga use the admittedly forged 1978 Deed of Sale to request 3 new tax declarations in a single day.
