Welia Alipayo's own Deeds of Absolute Sale and Title are strong evidence disputing her claims to Lot 2943-A.

In every document provided by Welia Alipayo, it lists either "Esperanza "Figuron" or "Lot 21453" as being the East boundary of her property.

The Deed of Absolute Sale to Arlencio Alipayo lists the Boundary to the East as Esperanza Alipayo.

The East Boundary on Welia Alipayo's Title says Lot No. 21453, which belongs to Esperanza Alipayo.

And the third line says:
